My Journey to Coaching

What’s Up! I’m Dave Seidenberg, a Transformation Coach. Let me share a bit about myself and how I ended up here. I never planned on becoming a coach. My journey started with a mission to better myself. I was struggling with some serious issues – a terrible anger problem where I’d go from 0 to 100 in seconds, and I was incredibly insecure with low self-worth. Despite having a successful wrestling career in high school (109-19 record) and wrestling Division 1 at Rutgers University, a top sales performer at multiple companies, I was plagued by imposter syndrome. This led to constant stress, anxiety, and self-induced pressure.

Overcoming Challenges

I didn’t realize how bad my stress and anxiety were. I coped by binge eating junk food, smoking a lot of weed, partying hard on weekends, and playing hours of video games during the week. I felt like I had extreme ADHD – brain fog, trouble focusing, and a poor memory, never performing well in school. So, I turned these issues into goals:

  • Managing Emotions: Learn to handle anger, stress, and anxiety, and understand where they came from.
  • Building Confidence: Increase self-worth and confidence.
  • Enhancing Focus and Memory: Improve cognitive functions and understand why it’s been a struggle.
  • Mastering Manifestation: Master the concept of manifestation to achieve success.

Discovering Neuroscience and Psychology

The more I worked on these goals, I was finding answers through neuroscience, psychology (especially the subconscious), growth mindset, and nutrition. These fields overlap/intertwine and show that to be the best version of yourself, you need to “prime your brain” for success, which means keeping both your brain and mind healthy.

Transformation and Purpose

This journey completely transformed my life, bringing me peace, happiness, and success beyond my dreams. I’ve found confidence I’ve never dreamed of. I previously viewed myself as stupid and that the ability to learn is something you must be born with. I’m now addicted to learning and view myself as extremely intelligent. I no longer fear failure or fear being judged by others for failing. I see failure as tool to learn and grow. I’ve broken free from seeking external validation and comparing myself to others, which has allowed me to be my true authentic self because I love myself for who I am as person, regardless of my accomplishments! Seeing and feeling these changes, I felt a calling to share my knowledge with others, leading me to coaching. I truly believe this is my life’s purpose. This is why I decided to leave the corporate world and move 1,000 miles from home. I’ve created the life I’ve always wanted and deserved, and I want to help you to do the same!

My Coaching Philosophy

My coaching is all about neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to adapt and change. Through daily habits and “shadow/ego work,” we can rewire our brains. I’ll help you set up healthy habits that stick and teach you how to hack your subconscious to become the best version of yourself– how you want to think, feel, act, and what you want to accomplish.

Your Transformation

My coaching isn’t for everyone. You need to acknowledge that you need to make some changes and be willing to make those changes. Follow my system, and in 2 weeks you’ll FEEL a difference, in 4 weeks you’ll SEE a difference, and in 8 weeks, MAGIC will happen.
